Services & Fees
Essence of Health is a Direct Care Concierge Practice. Dr. Toombs-Withers does not bill your insurance company. However, you can use your out-of-network insurance benefits and/or your HSA/FSA account for assistance with insurance coverage.
New Patient Evaluation (60 minutes): $325
Follow Up Evaluation (30 minutes): $150
Evaluation Fees include Certified Menopause Specialist Physician Evaluation, Hormone Health Resources, and Enrollment into our Private Online Hormone Empowerment Discussion Group.
*Hormone Health services are included in our comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Membership Program at no additional fee.
