Get convenient care from your home or office. Start with a video appointment with Dr. Toombs-Withers to discuss your concerns in depth. Ongoing membership includes follow-up video appointments every 3 months and daily direct text and email access for any concerns.
Personalized Care
No "one size fits all" care here! Dr. Toombs-Withers is a Board Certified Menopause Physician Expert. Your treatment plan will be customized to your needs to provide safe, effective, comprehensive treatment options to optimize your hormone health journey.
In Depth Insight
Your Initial Appointment Fee includes a Hormone Health Panel of Labs. Our panel includes 26 Biomarkers to gain more insight into your body's hormone function and to provide a customized treatment plan for you.
Community Support
Get Nutrition Coaching, Hormone Health Guides and Resources, Healthy Lifestyle Videos and Guides, and Daily Support at your fingertips in our private app and private discussion group. You don't have to forge this hormone health journey alone!

Services & Fees
Essence of Health is a Direct Care Concierge Practice. Dr. Toombs-Withers does not bill your insurance company. However, you can use your out-of-network insurance benefits and/or your HSA/FSA account for assistance with insurance coverage.
New Patient Evaluation (60 minutes): $350
Monthly Ongoing Membership: $135 per month
Additional Follow Up Evaluations (30 minutes): $99
Fees include Certified Menopause Specialist Physician Evaluation, Labs (initial appointment only), Direct text/email access to your Physician, Hormone Health Resources, and Enrollment into our Private Online Hormone Empowerment Discussion Group.
*Hormone Health and Weight Management services are included in our comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Membership Program and provided with no additional fees.
